I rented with Avis in Phoenix, and they had a placard at the counter with the upgrade choices. The Cadillacs displayed were the CTS, STS, DTS and I think an SRX. The agent tried to steer me toward an Infiniti G35 or a Chrysler 300 (that's an upgrade?), but when they didn't have a CTS, I took the STS.

That barcode is awesome. I had no idea what it was. I used the barcode scanner on my Droid after Gary mentioned scanning it. Very cool.

Not unlike the VCR and the DVD, there are so many different versions/styles/formats for QR Code, I'm surprised it works at all.

Some people at the research office at OSU are mad for QR codes and are having us build them into a bunch of brochures we're doing for them. I'm sure half the people who see them will say, "What the hell is this?"

Yeah. It only works if you know what it is, and have a bar code scanner.
