Loss of Power on Power Window 1981 Coupe Deville

I have a 1981 Coupe De Ville V8-6-4 which I am trying to restore for my son. I was replacing the window channels, and my power windows stopped working. I checked the wires with an ohm meter and there is no power on the wires leading to and from the power window switch. The windows are stuck in the down position. I tried supplying power to the switch just to get the windows up, but this resulted in an arc. I am assuming I have a ground somewhere in the wiring, but I don't have a wiring diagram. Can anyone help me locate a diagram or help me find where the fusible links are in this car?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check for broken wires in the door hinge area where the harness flexes. Pull on the wires and if you see one stretch, that's it.
