    Eldorado, electrical problem

92 eldorado, I have asked this question once before, here we go again, I cant shut off the electrical on the eldorado. I turn the key off and the engine stops but all the electrical stays on. heater, dash lights etc. etc. I was told to replace the electrical switch, and it didnt make any difference. I tryed manually shutting it off right at the switch, but that didnt work either, i have also tryed varius fuses , but i am back to guessing again. Any suggestions i will try , if you have any other ideas, sincerly , JJ.

Try replacing the RAP relay (retained accessory power). The relay should keep things on for approx ten min if no door is opened.
