You can have it cleared and reset by the dealer, or just unhooking the negative cable on the battery for a minute and reconnecting should clear it. Unless whoever put the battery in may have hooked it up backwards by mistake and fried one of the control modules....

Re: 08 CTS4 3.6L DI - Electronic Issues After Battery Replacement

Sorry I never posted back, been a while since I've been on here, been working on the bike mostly. I got this all figured out, it was a combination of issues that all happened at the same time. I went out shooting with some friends out in the country and I pulled onto this corn filed inlet, it was after harvest season so there was a couple corn stalks that stood maybe a foot tall. I pulled in and parked right out of the way of the inlet and hopped in a friends truck which we took into the field, I wasn't going to drive the caddy down the trail of course. So after a while of shooting and having the music going in my friends truck his battery died. I pulled my battery and carried it down to his vehicle, jumped his truck real quick, reinstalled in my vehicle. When I left I noticed the lights came on and the systems off line. Get this, one of the corn stalk pieces hit my rear right wheel hub just right and damaged my wheel speed sensor. I purchased the extended warranty when I got the car so they replaced it for free and even gave me back the corn stalk lol. To be clear I was not driving the caddy thru a corn field, just pulled off to the side of the inlet, everything was flat and nice, evidently except for one corn stalk that I didn't see.
