1998 STS Brake Lights All Out!

Hi guys. I just happen to back up in a parking spot & noticed while looking thru the glass on the building that all my brake lights were out except a small portion of the trunk led light........

I have no idea how long they've been out but I checked the fuse & its good. The tail lights all work but whn I hit the brake, only a little part of the trunk light comes on.. any idea what I should check next?
