Re: turn signals randomly quit working

If this car uses a normal flasher relay, swap the hazard relay for the turn signal one. If that fixes the signals, get a hazard relay whenever. Appears to be a BWD brand, part number FC 536

How hard is it to swap? And where are they located?

Turn on the 4 way flashers and locate the clicking under the dash. That will find that flasher. The turn signal flasher is usually clipped to the brace that holds the steering column. most times to the right side of the column.

Well I found the flasher relay and think I see the turn signal realy but it looks like I have to remove the fuel data center to get to it.

Fixxed thanks for your help and I did have to remove the fuel data center was right behind it turned out it was loose and still working although it looked slightly larger then the relay for the hazards so not sure if it would have worked.
