Headlight issues 1999 cadillac sts
Is there a known issues for one of the headlights to not work. I replaced the bulbs and the mini relay. But my driver's side low beam is NOT working. Rest of the lights are fine, just the headlights! ANYONE WITH THE SAME ISSUE THAT WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE PLEEAASSEEEE REPLY BACK! THANKZ!!

You did not mention fuses. And each headlamp circuit is fuse protected (in the underhood fuse/relay box).
HDLOBML = left hand low beam.
HDLOBMR = right hand low beam.
Both 15 A.
