1999 Deville Turn Signal/Blinker Stops, Freezes in place.

My problem is when I flip my turn signal the arrow on the dash freezes and doesn't blink. Sometimes it blinks, but most of the time it stays lit. How do I approach a problem like this? Thanks.

One or more turn signal filaments in bulb(s) is/are burned out or the flasher itself is faulty. Owner's Manual or HelmGM Factory service Manual.

Also look in Tech Tips, just above this Forum ^^^ on Page 2. "replace turn signal flasher 1999 Deville"

Thanks for the quick response, it ended up being the flasher. Purchased at Napa for $12, super easy to replace. Good as new! Thanks for the help submariner.
