Eldorado rear Brake Litght

My 1998 Eldo Touring Coupe's right rear brake liter doesn't light. Running lights and turn signels and hazzard all work. Left hand light and center lights work. All fuses are good and all the bulbs are good. Could this be a bad brake switch.
