94 STS draining battery

Hey Everyone,
I just bought a 94 STS and it has a problem draining the battery if the fuse for the electrical leveling system, rear window fuse is left in. I am kind of jumping straight in the problem without truely looking at it myself. The guy I bought it from has removed a fuse in the trunk, and said it was the electronic leveling system and rear window fuse. When I check the current draw with the fused removed it is 5 amps with nothing on in the car. I am going to try and really look at it tomorrow but I just thought someone might have an inside hint.

Thanks for your time.

Shane

Re: 94 STS draining battery

when you checked the draw were all lights removed that mcould be on? when you do a drain test you should only find about 30 milliamps.

Thanks for the reply but I found it. One of the lighters was stuck down and the fuse was for the lighters and not the leveling system. Like I said thanks for your thoughts.
