seat problem 98 deville

everytime i hit the unlock button on my car the seat on my car goes in the back position what could this be?

A normal easy exit feature that the prior owner programmed in. The owners manual will describe how to activate or deactivate it.

it just started doing this and the blower motor isnt working anymore either..

Pull your OBD II codes after re-programming your features as mentioned above. Could be your blower problem just took place at the same time as the seat programmed feature was noticed. The code sticky above all of these sections is great! Check out McCowden's sticky on Pulling the Codes at the top of the Eldorado section if you have not pulled yours yet.
