Speedo Cluster Smoked, Fried & Died

First of all, thank for the help. My instrument cluster on my 1997 DeVille started smoking and died. I have a replacement cluster. Can anyone give me any tips on what to start removing / un-screwing / snapping off from the dash in order to pull the old cluster and replace it with the new one? THANKS! -- Eddie
