Can someone identify this fuserail for model/year ?

Hullo chaps,

I'm from Australia and some of the parts from USA came here in late 1980's to 1992
into our VK/VL & VN, VP, VR Commodore Calais vehicles, such as courtesy lights and
various mouldings, one of these for the electrical system is under the hood
and is the main fuserail, the GM parts are 92017433, 92030036 and 92044799 and
the latter is pictured below. Some models also went to South Africa as Opels, perhaps the Senator series...

I am trying to identify which model and year of cadillacs in USA used this part ?
