1999 Concours with bad HG $900 - Many new parts
1999 Deville Concours victim of HG failure. No coolant in Oil. Many new parts on Car.
PLEASE READ this post in its entirety.
This car had the 100K Caddy Factory warranty; car has @130K on it. Prior to the warranty expiring the following were replaced at the dealer:
AC Compressor, PS Pump, water pump, passenger axle, both headlights Ė the entire light housing, Hood liner and the engine block was resealed.
In the last 5000 miles I replaced the radiator, front pads, tires, all 4 electronic shocks and Air pump.
I love this car and planned to install serts but life happens and I have neither time nor a place to do it anymore.
The exterior is Pearl White and a 9.0, the interior is tan and is a 9.0
Only slight wear cracks in driverís seat, no rips or tears. Prior to HG failure this was my daily driver, everything worked down to the rain sensing wipers. No sunroof or trunk leaks. Car has BOSE radio, trunk mounted 10 disc changer, messaging heated seats, sunroof, even OnStar.
Until the HG went I planned to keep this car forever so I added a couple of things. I have front slotted rotors and rear Cryo rotors, I have a spare intake manifold, a fuel rail and a full set of rebuilt injectors. Also have all stock rotors. The car has Hearse sway bars front and rear (makes a difference). I also have a full set of strut springs from a 1999 Hearse that I planned to cut 1Ē and install. Have a stock Deville Grill without the Crest and the stock Concours Grill with the crest.
I am posting here in the hopes that someone can use the car for parts, has a spare 9 VIN motor or has the time to fix the HG. I wonít send it to the crusher and I have no time or desire to part it out.
In addition to the car I have a full set of factory gaskets, factory replacement head bolts and complete Normís sert kit to do the HG. Also have a factory internal transmission filter & gasket. I have a pneumatic lift to lift the body high enough that once the subframe is detached you can roll the assembly out from under the car. I have over $1100 in gaskets, sert kit and lift.
I can provide detailed pics of anything you need, parts list, build / RPO info etc..
Somehow the windshield has developed a crack in it, not sure how but itís cracked across the bottom. I have the piece of trim missing from the rear bumper cover. Car is dirty in pic, it was early in the morning and there is dew on the car, there is nothing wrong with the paint.
I am asking $900 for the car and $600 for the factory parts, serts & spare parts. Buy both for $1500 and Iíll give you the lift. Four shocks and AC compressor would be more than that. Willing to sell parts separate.
Iím in GA north of Atlanta. With a car dolly I can meet within a reasonable distance but I donít have a pickup so would not have a way to bring the Lift.
