D3 Research & Design has finally released their long awaited harmonic balancer crank pulley upgrade for the 2009+ Cadillac CTS V-Series. We know that many customers and CTS-V owners have been waiting for a high quality engineered unit to upgrade their vehicle with. The wait is over. After a meticulous and thorough development period we are ready to release this new product. This SFI approved balancer & pulley combination is the most effective way to increase boost by 3 PSI (measured on both automatic and manual transmissions) properly without reducing belt contact surface area typically associated with your standard blower snout pulley upgrades. No core required as well as no downtime with having to send in parts to be modified. This is true bolt on upgrade and will not leave a permanent footprint on your vehicle. Our balancer is designed and engineered from the same blueprints that the factory harmonic balancer is designed to. We have also reduced the weight by 5 lbs with our CAD designed crank pulley. This item is precision engineered and manufactured on a CNC machine while maintaining factory tolerances and specifications. The standard supercharger drive pulley is measured at 9" and can be upgraded to larger diameters for customers looking to advance beyond 3 psi (please note for boost levels over 3 psi we recommend further upgrades to ensure engine safety and longevity).
