That is pretty sweet... I likey!

I've been toying with the idea of a new "Hemi" in my challenger...I could find one out of a wrecked car in a wrecking yard...but it just doesn't have nearly enough power to keep me happy...

That is pretty cool. The wheels aren't going to work though. Sometimes it's cool to see a nice car with a decent amount of power, but not a billion HP SBC or 302...

I've seen a few 50's Cads with FWD Northstars mounted for RWD. Interesting choice of engine! And it makes purists scream!

thats a RWD N* . wonder why they didnt go with a SC'd 4.4 out of the XLR-V? 443 hp would be a lot cooler. nontheless that thing is nice! cant wait to see the finished product. adding the XLR wheels is a nice touch!

Yeah, I knew it was the RWD Northstar! I was just stating that I've seen a few with the older Northstars. That's the first I've seen with the RWD engine.
I'm sure the 4.4 L engines are a bit rare to find without a car attached! Although I did see one for sale on eBay a few months ago.

Some dude around here has a '53 Studabaker with a N* in it. It is a FWD version but turning the rear wheels. It's a mess due to the radiator hoses. The guy is an ******* as well.

I wonder if the chassis they are using, is that complete XLR drivetrain that was for sale on Ebay for over a year. Nobody ever bought it, so maybe these guys got it for this project. I had only ever seen the one on there, and I don't know where else they would get it from. Pretty cool project.
