I "love" the fact that the statie tried plea his way out of being arrested. Even tried to say that the arresting cop used excessive force, which is obviously he didn't.

I bet you that a lot of departments are going to be buying those chest mounted cameras. And the law suits from the dirt bags who sue the police for excessive force are going to go down.

Honestly, when does "force" become excessive force?

Anyways, here's the video of a cop being arrested. Oh and the video from the cop's wife's phone showed who was in the wrong for the longest amount of time. Even if the repo guy pushed the off duty statie, then the statie puts the repo guy in an 8 minute choke hold. Now that is excessive. lol

The lines are definitely blurred. Recently a cop was fired for using what seem to be excessive force against an already handcuffed prisoner. His job was reinstated after an appeals court determined it was only unreasonable force. What did he do you ask, hit a prisoner in the face with his elbow three times because the prisoner smarted off, he was already in cuffs!!! What's more disturbing is that his colleagues turned a blind eye to the incident.
