Umm, what? This news is months old. And no old Eldo ever cost what an Omega chassis luxury coupe is going to. If produced, expect a price tag well into the $80s...

I am behind then, I had only heard about the elmiraj sedan. And if you think about it, that's what ppl said about the $53k price tag on the allante in the mid 80's. Inflation is hell. I think the coupe is sweet. Ide sign a 5 year for that.....

Elmiraj is a coupe. Not a sedan. That photo IS the Elmiraj.

It's also gorgeous, and I want it.

$80,000 would only be keeping in line with inflation since the old '90's Eldorado was introduced. One hundred grand or more would be more in keeping with Cadillacs aspirations as a "World Class" luxury car!

The site mentioned above speaks of a sedan, maybe by another name. And if you think about it, $100k isn't about half of a true "world class luxury car". Look at the $235k Bentleys and $200k teslas. That's the beautiful thing about Cadillac, as close as you can get without having a car note for 75 years.

The flagship sedan that is mentioned is the Ciel concept. One wicked looking Cadillac IMO, doubt it ever hits showrooms though. The Elmiraj is an amazing looking car, just not a big fan of the name. I say bring back some nostalgia and keep up with the 3 letter naming convention, call it the ETC.
