Is there anyone familiar enough with the gaming world to try to explain why it would go so hi?
We still won't understand, but it would be nice to try!

I think of it this way. Some one in the gaming world will be looking into the car world any wonder why we're spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a car that is 30 plus years old.

Such as my dad's 1969 Road Runner with a Hemi. People be wondering why how the heck someone wants to offer hime $15,000 in the piss poor condition it is in. While others would be offering him more.

I'm still pissed that he was offered a free roof from a professional roofing company. The owner of the company offered him the free roof, labor and material included. And he still turned it down.

I guess I mean what is the significance of the game cart in question.
Production, history, performance, etc. I really couldn't gather from the listing, I assume you have to be a gamer, but I could explain the Road Runner on a gaming forum, I was hoping someone here could do the same. Perhaps I am the only clueless one, but I was just wondering.
Note I did not say I could convince or make them understand, but I could offer explanations!

IIRC, in the 80s, nintendo held a tournament style championship to see who was the best at their NES game system where they only made a handful of cartridges for the tournament (which by switching mini switches on the cartridge, it would play different games for each level of the tournament). As such, they are uuber rare.

Edit: the championship was in 1990 and the mini dip switches were for time limit, not game selection. There are 90 known to exist and it is the second rarest production NES cartridge.

Personally, I would much rather legalize Cannibalism. Unlike Cannabis, Cannibalism would fix most problems with the country.

Also, a far more aesthetically-pleasing word.

I am 100% serious about this.

I can't believe you're waiting for cannibalism to be legal. Not being legal never stopped the cannabis crowd. What? Do you do everything like the law tells you to?

BTW, if you're ever in town, I'd like to have you over for dinner.

Cannabalism? I'm okay with that as long as we bring back human sacrifice.
