    I am not sure what year it began to be offered, but an appearance option was available for the SLS that included the exterior and interior embellishments of the STS. Thus you could get the body colored grill, fog lights, additional wood trim, etc. but without the engine and suspension of the STS.

    Yep, and dealers were happy to charge extra for 17" STS wheels.

    The SLS with Bose and painted trim is a nice choice for a used car without some of the more expensive repairs.

    ^^^ I agree, as time passes on the SLS becomes a more attractive choice, especially if you can find one with the STS trim package.

    Thank you all for fielding those questions I don't know nearly as much about them lol. I was initially only looking at STS cars but I really liked this one. It was also much cleaner than anything I was finding in the price range. I pretty much bought on sight after a short test drive. Something I basically never do. When you find the right deal you know it though.
