    Nope
Why would I want to spend more money on a re-badged Ford Fusion or Taurus?

The ecoboost engine is very impressive but I don't like the looks of any of the new lincolns.
I liked the look of the older LS but they were re-badged jags so that was reason enough to stay away.

    Bingo.

If I were to buy one, it would be a Town Car, and even then it's unlikely. They just aren't all that exciting, interesting, or honestly all that good looking.

I'd rock a new MKZ, I think they're great looking and unique, but there are a lot of cars I'd rather have.

There are a whole slew of older/classic Lincolns I'd enjoy and could easily see one of those in my future garage.

    OH, YEAH!

Re: Is there a Lincoln in your future?

Lincoln supposedly has some interesting new products in the pipeline. We'll see.

On that note I have never liked Lincoln's. I can't say I have ever seen a Lincoln and thought "I want that". The only one I would ever consider is the LS and between that an the Seville there is no comparison. Lincoln has always been a bit of a troubled company. When Henry Leland was ousted as manager of Cadillac in the late 1910's he went and founded Lincoln which quickly became bankrupt and bought by his rival - Henry Ford. History has said Ford did this to anger Leland when he was ousted of the Henry Ford Company in the early 1900's.

Re: Is there a Lincoln in your future?

Lincoln dealerships are coming to China. Ford is exporting US/Mexico-built cars to test the brand's viability. The softer styling and smaller engines (which Chinese people prefer) may prove to be an advantage for Lincoln.

Re: Is there a Lincoln in your future?

The only Lincolns that I would want to own were actually the Continental Mark I and II, but that is not that surprising since the only Cadillacs, in the last four decades, that I would want to own have all been Sevilles! It seems I like a European take on American cars.
