    It's a concept car built to attract buyers and media hype to the brand name.

    The Cien and Sixteen were the same thing. Personally I think the Cien was better.

    Still though, I must say I am surprised anyone started a thread on this long-abandoned concept car.

    i think 1Bad was trying to say that the Ciel is the same as the Cien and Sixteen ... a concept car that will never see the light of day at the end of the production line
