On the face of it those seem 'not insane' prices for that vintage of 'ol American Iron. Even more reasonable if overall conditions are matching 'first looks'.
Small currency like ours is at the moment weak towards the US Dollar which also almost has stopped the imports of US classics, cars going back “home” again is nothing new but has mainly been about the real odd birds so far.
There is also a lot speculations among people here that are into these cars what will happen in the future with the rather large amount of US classics as the interest for this hobby is dramatically lower among people born after 1970.
I was surprised myself to read about the number of 59 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz registered in Sweden in a car magazine lately, 69 cars.....
