I've always loved Rumours but I just recently started listening to the other albums and Tusk is definitely a change from the direction the others went. I gotta say other than Rumours my favorite album by them is probably Tango in the Night. Lots of great songs on that CD.

Re: What are you listening to?

Their stuff prior to the fame the self titled (white album) was more low tech blues/pop. Very different then when Stevie Nicks joined the group. I have always enjoyed it all for what each album was.

Not a huge fan of the music before the white album, but I do love Stevie so that might have something to do with it. Even her solo stuff is quite good.

@ Aron - I actually like City of Evil more than their other albums.

    MIA is an excellent song.

The fan said that he had personally been living in their own "Wasted Years" since the 1980's, and really wanted to hear it live. What he said was pretty damn moving.

Personally my favorite song that night was "Rime of the Ancient Mariner", that is the closest Iron Maiden got to a symphonic movement. That song was recorded live at the Meadowlands, on their "Flight 666- The Original Soundtrack" live album. I swear you can hear me screaming in the background, as I could not talk for the next two days after that concert.
