Car wash, shiny tires, vacuum. There was sand in the trunk!

    I'd probably prefer a V1 over a GTO too.

G8 is more money, to be fair.

Leave the manual trans to the small displacement lower powered cars that can use the help!
There is something more! When you say "I like the interior...", I assume you have the image of a brand new '05 or '06 GTO in your mind and you are referring to it. GTO has very sharp design, no argue on that! But when you are shopping for a GTO, you will see 8-9 year old cars that the interior literally aged too. There are many black panels inside the GTO and black normally doesn't age very well. The GTO's that I saw had dated interior, literally and figuratively!

Alexandra got to get acquainted with one of her best older sisters. I also got a feel of a a 77 CDV. WOW. That automobile is AMAZING. Craig tried to convince me she's just a driver, but Rebecca is a show car that loves the road. No doubt about it.

I also got car parts. YAY!

    Life is good

Going to dig into her wiring again today because my Pioneer double din is grounded a little wrong (my mistake)

And to start the relocation of the BOSE to the trunk. N*Caddy has been helping me alot. So i'm going to extend from the RIM itself

Fixed the SES light and the exhaust leak that developed yesterday on the new Suburban. Was one of the easiest that I have done, didn't even need a jack.

^ seriously, have you ever seen an engine this clean on an $1800 truck?

    ^ Well there's your problem!

Even with the hood up this truck looks amazing!

You done good John! I love Suburbans. That is an especially clean and well kept example. Good to know it's in great hands.

My hood liner is drying a few feet away.

Bose HU relocation to trunk a success, had to run data, power, and ground from the RIM, and the chime signal wires from the main harness.

Used it to drive a gentleman of the first order around town and then to dinner. A fine visit, and a wonderful afternoon.

Knuckle Bushings - both sides upper and lower on the 94 DeVille; them things were worn out..
Trying out the suspension max replacements (not cheap) hope they earn there cost. I asked about them on the forum and got crickets; so I went for it.
There removal and installation tool made the job much easier.
