hell, it took med all afternoon to try to remove a front wheel well cover (the plastic thing that goes from the battery tray to firewall.) To make a long story short, you can't remove it without removing the radiator lower brace, which I don't think you can remove until you remove the wheel well cover. Tomorrows agenda....try to remove that brace without damaging anything. I want to paint my frame rails (actually, they arent that bad, just the paint fell off).

Had no time today for the things I wanted to do (Gotta love those 56 hour work shifts) but I did manage to find a Cadillac with a 3.08 rear end at a price I am more than willing to offer to pay.

Going to investigate why my constant wire in my harness fails to hold power after 20+ minutes thus causing my new double din to not retain memory..i might just tap into the cig lighter wire

Re: What did you do to your car today?

picked up the equinox. Had to take gma up to the mechanics in the lesabre. She gets in, and can't figure out how to close the door (she was trying to use the armrest when I pointed out the pull strap. She then looks at me and tells me to roll down the windows, and I tell her it has crank windows (kinda odd given its got alot of options but no power windows) so she goes to roll down the window, but it won't roll down. I then have to explain that the windows and locks work backwards from normal. So we go down to the mechanic and pick up the equinox, and she says "we're taking the equinox back home. It's not that I don't like your car, but it smells bad, its too low, and it's weird".

I was gonna suggest this when you had the problem before. Its how you got power in the ye olde days.

I GOT HER BACK! I have been driving Ford Fusion and Chrysler 300 for the last 10 days, and it felt so good when I sat again behind the wheel of the ATS and drove her! This thing is so nimble and fun to drive!

Washed car and then broke open the bottle of touch up paint I had ordered over the internet. Touched up all the little chips, dings, deep scratches, etc.
