Further fixed the exhaust leak. God damn, it's quiet. Also discovered that two of my header bolts are missing. Probably the source of remaining leakage.

Radio will arrive tomorrow. Probably going to tackle that. Also worried that my oil leak is my RMS. F*ck my life.

Missing or sheared off? The latter makes it much more interesting

Went and got an estimate on what it's going to cost to have the back bumper repainted. I don't have to pay for it, but still curious. About $450. From there I went to the court house. Got my title sent off and my tag from the Eldorado transfered over. She's legally mine now.

Put new plugs and wires, and a cap and rotor on. Soooooooooooo much smoother. Cause of my misfire? A melted plug wire. Tied them all back out of the way, and that won't happen again.

Also, got my new radio installed. Sounds so nice.

Re: What did you do to your car today?

Here is the only one I had time to take today. Got down to Windsor, CT and picked up the tires at the TireRack warehouse but it took a little longer to get them installed than last time. So I called in to have my office reschedule my 1:45 for a different 3PM instead. My brother is going to buy my blackwalls w/ 1300 miles for $400. The whitewalls cost me $520 before taxes and installation.

It's a nice little piece. I love the font and number of pixels as my old Eclipse always looked a bit rudimentary even though it was an excellent nav. The Pioneer gives you 6 route options to the Eclipse's 3 and it's easy to read. I'll get some pics tomorrow...

You get used to it. I have all the back windows on my wagon 5% and it's really not that bad.

Sometimes in tight spots I have to put a window down to judge distance, though.

I have a hard time backing up the Enclave at night, and that's a factory tint. Thank God for the backup camera. That car would be impossible without it.

Re: What did you do to your car today?

I had difficulty a lot at first, and even once hit a wooden post (oops - lol) but after a year or so of doing it I've just adapted. I love my dark windows.

Of course, now my rear hatch window has lighter tint that's really really old on it.... wish mine didn't shatter on me.
