I could never bring myself to drive a yellow car, its just not my style. Granted if the color was period correct and matched the character of the vehicle I'd drive an orange, pink, purple, or turqious car all day long. Yellow just seems like such a loud Jersey Shore Guido color. "HEY LOOK AT ME, I'M DRIVING A LAMBO, ITS YELLOW, SO YOU DEFINITELY SEE ME DRIVING MY LAMBO!!!!!!"

Now I'm not saying all yellow car drivers are like that, but that's the stereotype/vibe I get from somebody driving an immaculately detailed yellow car, no matter the make/model.

I'm with you about those yellow cars. Personally, it still creeps me out a little most times I see a car that isn't black and realize someone intentionally purchased it that way.

The oil on the ground under the running car is actually from this one. Has a hole in the pan now.

Trying to fix the fog lamps a while back with just some polish and noticed the Seville just chilling back there.

No, that car actually works well in white. It is one of the few cars I have ever seen that I feel works better in white than black. Something about those matte grey stripes on the black ones rubs me the wrong way.

Now, if one were painted like Sting's wagon, THEN we would have something.

Besides, you know me better than that. NOTHING gives me nightmares.

Here is a candid shot I took to show some one how the hoist wasn't lowering properly at our shop.
I looked at it later a thought it was a cool shot with just the corner of my 67 firebird, a 77 trans am parked over the hoist and a 70 camaro in the back ground. All at different levels of restoration.

    How'd you tell it was a '94 versus a 95 or 96?

Yep the side mirrors are mounted on the door in a stupid spot. The rear 1/4 glass had a plastic cover on the rear corner to give it the curved look where on the 95/96 cars the glass was curved.

Re: Candid pictures of our cars.

Yeah, side mirrors were the instant tipoff. The 95-96 mirrors are INFINITELY better (and like 30% larger...)

In hindsight, I should have found a set of 95-96 doors before I let my car go to the body shop.

    Oh well.
