My new toy I picked up today. Meet the FN SLP Mk I shotgun. It was banned from import so I had to buy one. It accomodates 2 3/4 and 3'' shells, and will cycle 9 shells in under 2 seconds. It's damn sexy.

eta: sorry for the cell phone pic.
The above post is my 2 cents....nothing more.

It's chambered for three inch shells as well as two and three quarter inch shells. Mag holds 8+1 of 2 3/4" shells. Probably 6+1 of the magnums?

Pretty damned impressive, actually. Wonder what the cost to *us* is for each one? Definitely wouldn't mind having one to play with on the weekends though.

Hmm. I wonder if Wal-Mart carries those grenade rounds for a 12 guage?

IIRC our military turned that auto shotgun down a couple of years ago.

It's good to be gainfully licensed to carry concealed. Including the "trying on" of different models and checking out, I spent 30 minutes in the store. Gotta love the states that are still free.

    Re: Post Your Weapons

Yea...the licensing helps here...just to the extent of not having to take a "safety test" and perform the "function test" for each particular pistol. Other than that its still a 10 day plus one hour waiting period.

Gonna hafta go check out some local gunshops tomorrow or the next day though. Spent a bunch of money on the Challenger and have enough leftover to buy something good!

New Millet red dot to top off the target rig. It's comfortably resting on a bed of 500 Federal Premium Tactical LE shotgun ammo, also received today. I have to feed that new FN shotgun. The best part is I'm on vacation for 10 days.....RANGE TRIPS!!!!!

The above post is my 2 cents....nothing more.
