So I amended my last will to add you James. I itemized all 2 of my ARs with attached goodies and XX number of my magazines to you. Now just don't go wishing me to die!!
The above post is my 2 cents....nothing more.

Thankee Sai. Greatly appreciated. Do the mags come loaded? If so I want M855 in half, every fifth a tracer. Please have them modified in this way ASAP.

i got the M38 just because i read they the M44 was tested for accuracy with the bayonet open or something like that. And if i was ever at an indoor range i just didnt want to shoot with a bayonet out lol. But i hear you on the price. I payed like 115 for mine and that seems to be at the high end.

Yea, they go on sale here at Big 5 for 80 bucks all the time. Comes out to about 125-130 after tax and DOJ paperwork for California.

    Question Re: Post Your Weapons

a guy at work today said colt pythons have gone through the roof and asked if i still had my nickel colt python with 4" rib barrel. i said yes but was not interestest to sell till he said he saw a blued one used for $1600.00 at the last gun show he went to. i then said i may be interested now. have they really gotten to this level? it has been a few years since i have been to a show or done anything gun related other than getting concealed permit. was wondering if anyone could confirm or deny this elevated price also input on a 6" blued smith and wesson model 17-6 .22 caliber. thanks

Remember though...one beautiful thing about firearms as an investment is that, if you buy decent ones to begine with they will ALWAYS go up in value. Sooooo, the longer you keep it the more its worth. Plus, what other investments can you have so much FUN with while you're earning money or capital with it, hmmmmm?

Don't sell it unless its to one of us. Me or Rolex in particular.

gunbroker is the biggest of its kind. Usually when I want to price something I go there and add about ten-fifteen percent and shipping to figure out what I'll be willing to pay for a local dealer price. Gives you an idea and a haggling point.

Plus you can find some pretty cool shiznit on there, rare ammo and parts and accessories included.

    Re: Post Your Weapons

    Don't hate me Spyder!

My new toy from the Armalite and Del-Ton thanksgiving sale:

    Stats:

    Upper receiver:
    -Armalite M-15
-16 inch heavy barrel, double lapped, chrome lined, 1:9 twist
    -Bushmaster A3 carry handle
    -Badger Ordinance Tac Latch

    Lower:
    -Stag carbine w/6 position stock
    -Hogue grip
    -Gear Sector sling
    _the Gapper

The total after shipping and added accessories came in at just over $600. I just received 10 Okay Ind magazines today to feed my new toy....I'll add those to the collection.

And speaking of Gunbroker, look at the name of the winner of this auction:

The FN is the fastest cycling auto0shotty on the market. It should be here in 2 weeks. Pics to come of course.
The above post is my 2 cents....nothing more.

    Re: Post Your Weapons

God, I hate California. Here, it costs me almost six hundred bucks just for a lower with A2 buttstock and a parts kit!

What's the "purpose" of that one, or was it just a "what the hell" buy? Don'tcha already have one or two very similar to it? My next build is likely going to be a long range precision AR. I've got a bare lower that I've been wanting to do something with...

C'mon bro. Do you have to ask? It was on sale.

You're starting to sound like my wife!!!! This one is different....because it has...uhh....a heavy barrel.

I almost wish I would've bought a 20 inch upper to go with this 16 inch upper. I didn't because I'm cutting back (my safe is full).
The above post is my 2 cents....nothing more.
