Here's a pic I took of the USS Iowa firing three of her 16" guns simultaneously. If you look toward the upper right corner of the frame you can see the three 16" shells in flight.

I think that might actually have some "Knock Down" power.

    Absolutely awsome picture. Nice shot.

At any rate the 7.62 NATO round > 5.56 or the 7.62x39. JMO

A girl at work told me her pistol wouldn't even go into battery...her exact words were, "it's messed up." I had her bring it to me, dissasembled it, cleaned and lubricated it, and test fired it this morning. Aside from the MAKE of the handgun there's nothing wrong with it. I suspect someone had "cleaned" it at one point with WD 40.

Can you guess what it is?

ETA: firing pin not pictured. I had to un-stick it from it's home.

Your picture sucks. It almost looks like a Jennings J-22 but the cutout in the grip is a little too low and I can't seem to remember what the damned magazines for them look like...

    Steel or aluminum frame?

...but, then again, if you're hinting that the make of the firearm is the only issue, then it must be a Glock!

Negative feedback for the Glock comment. :BOOOOOO: :HISSSSS:

    Re: Post Your Weapons

Got in about an hour of shooting this morning. It was slightly foggy, 55 degrees, and no wind. Here's a good little 5 shot group at 100 yards with my FN 308. I shoot Federal Gold Metal Match 168 grain. This is a .70 inch group.

Here's a little piece I bought just about 30 minutes ago. THis is the S&W 340 PD Airweight. Titanium and scandium (?) alloy. 12 ounces unloaded and it's a 357 magnum. It's going to kick like a plow mule.

The above post is my 2 cents....nothing more.

YOU SUCK for being able to go "here, I bought this thirty minutes ago. Check it out!"

Me, I'd have to say "Here, I bought this 14,401 minutes ago. Check it out!"

So was I right on the J-22?

You were correct sir. And yes it was nice to walk into the store and walk out (literally) 5 minutes later with my new piece.

I'm going this afternoon, mainly to adjust the sights on the 500 Mag and see how bad the 500 grain ammo hurts.
