Indeed it is! I love Walthers. I am always looking for a deal on a P1/P38. I hope to land one within the next couple of gun shows. One slipped right through my fingers last show. I'm still kinda ticked about it. This is my first Walther. I'll be going to the range in the morning to test it out. I will get back with a range report!

Put 600 rounds through the P22 today. Got it all nice and dialed in. What a fun gun to shoot! Best part is all those bullets ran me like $20.

wow. cheap entertainment. The tactical events aren't bad because i can use my own ammo, but the local indoor range forces you to buy their ammo like idiots, as it scares off 3/4 of the potential clients. i shot one box of ammo through my .44 mag and the bill for the range/target/ammo was over $80.

    Well I don't have a pic of the pistol but it's an 1889 S&W model 1 1/2 series 4 Schofield .32 cal.

The other is a custom knife I made myself out of an old rasp and 100 year old barn oak grips.

Usually ranges like that, if they don't stock the ammo, will reluctantly let you shoot your own after they pass a magnet over it, lick it a few times, something like that. I have to deal with that when I shoot .303 British and the 54R.

Got a couple pics of the S&W. It was my great-great grandpa's. He kept it under the counter of his grocery store.

not this place. completely shi++y about it. i shot with that .44 on a CHL course of fire just to see if i could get a perfect 250. one of the bullets in the box i had to buy from them was a dud. she wouldn't give/sell me that last bullet or let me shoot one of the bullets i'd brought with me.

Obviously i avoid the place only using it as a last resort.

You can't beat a revolver for accuracy . I love shooting the old 32, but ammo is damn near impossible to find

Holy crap! What a load of garbage. All the ranges I have been to with the "range ammo" garbage were never THAT stingy! Although to be honest when I was shooting .223 I would just hide a bunch of PMC stuff under my case's liner, buy one box of their ridiculously expensive Fiocci, open the box, scatter the rounds about so it looks like I'm using them, and just load the PMC's, lol.

Ooooh old French gun! I love those. I really want to get myself a 49/56. You just use .44 Russian cases and what bullets? Do you load them all yourself?

91/30. My buddy has an M44. Love them both.
