I forget exactly how they set up the crankcase breather setup, but no it doesn't have a PCV valve.
The large black plastic piece down the center of the upper intake is responsible for handling crankcase gases.

    Why do you ask?

We recently purchased a 2003 CTS with blown out valve cover gaskets and with the help of this forum found out the cause of the problem was a defective PCV system and we had to order a replacement part and replaced our valve cover gaskets and did the PCV tsb and all is well now
