Front passenger side window issue-1971 Coupe Deville
Hello again guys!
My passengers side front window will go down with both switches and also up but only if the window doesn't go all the way down. I always have the window about a half inch from all the way down but a friend wanted to hang his arm out the window and so he put it down all the way. I removed door panel, and could tell someone had been in the door before as there was some tape holding that inner plastic back on the door. I reached in as far as i could and grabbed bottom of window and just wiggled and pulled gently and eventually window was all the way up. Then my dumb ass put it all the way down again but nothing going up. I had to wiggle a bit harder then she went up again. Apparently the window motor is good and both switches are good. Any suggestions on this one?
As always, I appreciate all your help.

OK, figured it out. Took door panel off again and my roommate found the wires going to motor were all taped up. One of the wires had come out of the plug back in the 70's and someone just taped it back together. We repaired the plug and it works as new now.
