!978 Sedan EGR Thermal switch is broken

My friends 78 Sedan DeVille has a broken TVS switch which screws into the block below the distributor. This TVS is orange with 5 nipples on it. One nipple is blocked off when the vacuum hoses are reinstalled on it. I cannt find this switch anywhere. RockAuto or any local parts store. I can get a three nipple one but I'll need to know which nipple goes where. Hopefully someone here has had this issue and got around it? Thanks for any help.

I hear O'Reilly auto parts warehouse in California has one. You do mean vacuum ported/delay switch right?
