    1966 Cadillac alternator wiring pucture

Hello, I have a broken red wire near the alternator. Does anyone have a pic or know where it belongs? Does it merge in with the larger wire? Thanks

I would say that wire is one of the wires for the regulator. Usually the wires for the reg looks like a plug. Did you trace it to see where does it go back to?

It runs to the back of the rear passenger side of the intake where there is a small box the looks like possiby a relay. Doesn't look to be original to the car, maybe replaced at some point?
