Opinions on adding Seafoam to crankcase?

Just wondering what the consensus is to adding Seafoam to the crankcase prior to oil change?
I don't believe it's "snake oil" and have used it as a fuel additive and carb "tune up".
    Your experience and opinion appreciated.

I wouldn't do it. I never use additives. If not done right you can stall out your motor.
