30 amp. breaker keeps tripplng:
A friend of mine just bought a super mint 79 Coupe Deville that has been sitting in a garage for the last 25 years. The problem it has is it keeps tripping the 30 amp. breaker for the horn, power locks, seats and trunk pull down. I unplugged everything at switches and components and it still does it. Theres a onange w/ black tracer wire right next to the breaker. When i unplug that the horn works and the breaker is ok. Now i think there's a relay for the power seats. I can't find it but, feel that that's the problem.. Can anybody enlighten me as to what it could be and if it is the relay where could i find it? Maybe behind the kick pannel on drivers side?
