78 Eldorado with bad steering

I have a 78 Eldorado I am working on to use as a summer occasional driver, I have replaced the right axel, steering shock, pitman arm, and stabilizer links. Also have new shocks on all 4, my question is when I go around a corner it sometimes acts like the left front wheel does not want to come back fast enough and starts to slide the tire until I slow down enough to let it "come back" in. What causes this? would it do this if the cv joint is bad, or idler arm. How about the wheel bearing? The car had a lift kit for 23 inch spinner wheels, I think that is why there is so many front steering issues now, I changed it back to stock. Thanks for any help.:hmm:
