    Hello! Newbie with a question

    Hello all!

I recently purchased a 1972 Fleetwood hearse that I'm trying to restore. Does anybody know how to test the ignition coil with a multimeter and what it should read? Thanks for any and all help.

Welcome! Especially a fellow hearse owner! What body company made your ride? Style?

Ok, for checking ignition output, I'm not sure if a multimeter is the right tool for the job. Am checking now.

Thanks. Mines a miller meteor. Style? Is there like style names? It has the landau bars, but has the jump seats and rear heat + a/c and the reversible rollers. It has a seperate fuse box for the sirens and what not but its not hooked up. This is only my second hearse so I'm new to the joys and pains (but mostly joys) of owning a hearse.
