    door panels

    Hey guys,

    im new to the site so im sure this topic has been discussed but im trying to get the door panel off of my front passenger side door, and was wondering about the best way to go about doing so.

    On my daily I dont mind breaking things off but I cant afford to do so on this one lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

    Not sure about your model but they are pretty much all the same.

    Look for and remove screws from around the pane edge.

    Remove clip from back of window cranks. Slipping a thin screwdriver behind them and then turning the crank pops them out easy with practice.
    There is also a special tool you can pick up at the auto store.

    Then just start from the bottom and go all the way around lifting lightly to see if every screw has been removed.

    If they are you just lift the panel straight up and out at the top from the window well on the door.

    It should come off easy. If it does not just take your time, go over everything again. Look at every handle pull, under every arm rest. Make sure you have every fastener removed.

    If you take the panel and flip it upside down it should be easier to put it on the floor of the car out of your way while you work on the door without disconnecting the wires.
