Have a 2013 XTS. Cadillac dealer is over 70 miles away from my home. GM dealer is 19 miles away. Took XTS to GM dealer to have oil change IAW Premium Care Maintenance. GM dealer would not honor free oil change. Had to pay. Is Cadillac going to force me to drive 70 miles to get a free oil change they promised via Premium Care? Bumber!
Can I get an assist to allow me to deal with my local GM dealer instead of driving 70 miles?
I apologize for the inconvenience. I realize driving 70 miles one way for an oil change is not realistic. Unfortunately, the Cadillac Premium Care Maintenance can only be used at Cadillac dealerships. However, if you do need warranty work done, the local GM dealership might be able to assist you with this. It is something that would be on a case-by-case basis. You just need to check in with the dealership to see if they are willing to assist you with this. All dealerships are independently owned and operated so some may be willing, others may not. If you have further questions or concerns don't hesitate to send me a private message.
