2013 xts seats very slow to heat...........anyone else?
I bought my 2013 XTS used (1 year lease). The front seat heaters and coolers didn't work and after 1 1/2 months the dealer still cant get the part so he offered to take the part from my rear seats and use it up front until someone manufacturers more parts. I live in sunny so cal and still on a cool night the seats take a very long time to heat up. Anyone else having this problem?

Sounds like your dealership is looking out for you already on this, John! Sorry that the seats are heating up slower than you would like. We're interested in how everything is resolved, and if you should like for us to check into anything at all, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do all we can.
