    Volume Loss

Recent problems(2013 XTS) with phone and radio volumes. Have had to increase by 100% and no I do not have a hearing problem or need a battery for a hearing aid. Anyone else experience this.

I have a 2014 XTS with hearing aids at age 53, and my volume when traveling at 75mph is around 24.

    Hello stlxts,

I apologize you are experiencing a concern with the volume in your vehicle while using your phone and radio. Have you brought this to the attention of your dealer yet? If you would like to bring your vehicle in for a diagnosis at your dealer, I am more than happy to assist you throughout that process. Please send me a private message with your full contact information and VIN so we can further discuss your situation.

    Sincerely,

    Laura M.
