    Hello oswaldk,

    I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble syncing your phone to your vehicle in lieu of getting the latest CUE update. You might want to reach out to our CUE Infotainment team who would be able to assist you with this concern. They would be the best equipped to assist you with the CUE system. If you would like to reach out to them, they are open 8PM – 10PM EST, seven days a weeks and their number is 855-428-3669. Please keep us updated if they were able to assist you with this concern.     You may need to delete from the Bluetooth profile on the vehicle and also remove form your phone, then re-pair.
