    Post V Sport Review

New York Times review of the XTS V-Sport

This is the first review that I've seen. It's a shame the driver wasn't able to drive it on the open highway.

Leave it to a " rag" like the NYTimes to write such a non journalistic review of a beautiful car like the XTS V Sport. The author spent more meaningful time writing about Ali.

    Re: V Sport Review

I recently saw an XTS in Crystal Red. It was stunning. Not because of the style, but because of the color. Seeing it first in profile, I didn't know for sure what it was until I came around the front. And I think that's what both the article and the comments that followed are saying. It's a nice car, well executed, but it's not a Cadillac in the way Cadillacs use to be. Even a severely myopic person could identify Cadillacs of yesteryear from several hundred feet away. Not the XTS. Not only would not Sinatra be seen in an XTS, Justin Bieber or LL Cool J wouldn't either. But they would in a Cadillac like the Elmiraj. Even though it would be beyond my price point, I'd still prefer Cadillacs make some cars that stand out in a crowd.

I can spot a Cadillac 1/2 mile away. And the Eldorado - stands out in any crowd. However, can you tell the difference when its a Japanese car? They all look alike.

Yeah. Been driving mine since late last week. Third XTS I've driven for three days or more; first Vsport, obviously.

Certainly no "turbo lag" here ...
