Brand new car and a bad wheel bearing??

My XTS has 2,000 mies on it and I'm getting a droning hum when I'm driving at a steady speed. I'd swear it sounds like bearing going bad, but is that possible with a brand new car??

    Hello eperon,

I apologize that you feel that you might have a wheel bearing going bad. If the sound is something that concerns you, I would suggest taking the vehicle in to a dealership to see if the wheel bearing is bad since it is a new vehicle. If you would like any assistance in working with the dealership, please feel free to private message me. You may not be able to private message me because you are new to the forum, but you can also reach me at socialmedia@gm.com. If you do send an email, please be sure to include “ATTN GREG” in the subject line so that it gets delivered straight to me. Thank you very much for your time.
