Voice recognition has stopped working for second time in first week of owning XTS
Voice recognition stopped working on the first day I got the car. onStar could not hear me, callers could not hear me with the hands-free feature active, and could not issue any commands by voice. "Voice not detected", and then the process would close out. The voice recognition came back on after I restarted the car after stopping for an errand.
A week later voice recognition has stopped again, and I have not been able to get it to work after shutting off the car and then re-starting. Has anyone experienced this?
Heading back to the dealer on Monday.
