    Leather color coming off

I have the XTS4 Platinum. My car (well, truth be told, it is the wife’s car) has less than 5000 miles on it. I used the car the other day for the first time in several weeks and noticed that the black dye on the driver’s door arm rest is already starting to fade or come off right at the hand hold.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is this something they will fix under warranty?

    Re: Leather color coming off

    Hello Steve,

As long as your vehicle is still under bumper to bumper warranty and the issue is diagnosed as a defect, it should be covered under the warranty. If you provided me with your name, contact info, VIN, and dealership you would like to work with, I would be more than happy to contact them and inquire about this concern of yours. Thank you very much for your time.
