    CUE How To question

    Hello,
    Is there a way to remove a paired device from CUE? I have not been able to find this info on MyCadillac.
    I recently updated my phone and would like to remove my old phone from CUE.
    Thanks for any advice.

    From the CUE manual:


    1. Press the PHONE screen button.
    2. Select PHONES.


    Disconnecting a Connected Phone

    1. Press the PHONE screen button.
    2. Select PHONES.
    3. Press the "X" next to the phone to disconnect.


    Deleting a Paired Phone
    (Only disconnected phones can be deleted.)

    1. Press the PHONE screen button.
    2. Select PHONES.
    3. Press the "-" next to the phone to delete and follow the on screen prompts.

    Thanks, I tried this once but probably mis-hit something. I'll give it another shot.
    Also, how do you get in touch with a Forum Moderator? I placed this thread in the wrong area, and need to move it to the CUE area.

    I have actually had occasion when the above method did not work. I actually had to remove the CUE bluethooth device from my phones list of paired devices first, then follow the steps detailed above AFTER turning off then restarting the car. This may just be an issue with the iPhone (5), i cannot validate that.
